Hello, Yes it still there so when a user open your site directly or from google search so he found him self in the ads site not your site. so we need clarification from Adsterra about what happening because these ads may hurt our sites in google ranking and mark it as spam.
Hello! Thank you for your message! Our support was aware of that and now it is all fixed now. Please check your ads and let me know ASAP if you keep having this problem.
Could everyone who keeps havin issues with force redirects message me your Adsterra logins in PM? I will make sure that our support team will take care of it ASAP. Thank you all! and My apologies!
Okay, this hows your precious ads working. So far we dont detect mobile redirect, but upon tapping your phone/tablet there is this damn ad that popping with: * Your phone (name of your phone) has been infected with virus * Virus Warning!!!! In red text * Click here to dowload (application name) to clean you phone * Your phone are freaking vibrating and you can not stop * You can not close the page no matter how you tap the back/close button * The page where your site is change to another ads with virus warning Adsterra and Clickadu has this kind of ads. If you are publisher who love your visitors, I dont think you can keep this kind of ads. So I think the only ones with bot and fake traffic are the only ones using them. Its a pity, Adsterra once a great ad network, now they are turn to rubbish. But they should address this, competation now are very thin, almost every week there are new adult ad network popping like mushrooms. And kudos to popads and popcas for not allowing this kind of ads.
Yeah me too,, I use Adsterra ad code and find some fake warning ads, thats why I remove the ad code from my site. I really hate fake warning (missing plugin, virus etc ...). The trap make my visitors download unknown apps / malware and hate my site, why the advertiser not use PPI ad network ? because PPC is CHEAP? ? damn!!. No one webmaster want to destroy their website for x.xxx cent. PPC: For increase web visitors & views - Rate: $0.001 - $0.005 / 1000 PPI: Only for Installs - Rate $0.02 - $2.5 / 1 Install
Hello, Charise! Yes, we DID have an issue and reacted immediately. All the bad tags were removed and domain name changed. Unfortunately, we had an issue with one of the advertisers who ended up giving us malicious tags. We can assure you and everyone that our support took care of the problem and now checking every campaign to make sure this doesn't happen again. Thank you for your concern!
Okay, thats great. We will do a test and if we found out that ads are clean, we will put it back your codes to our network of sites.
Hello, to make sure this virus message coming from our network, please PM me your Adsterra login information so I can investigate. Thank you!
We did a test the other day. We remove all other ad network and put adsterra. And we test on phone, bang! Virus warning. For desktop, there is also warning for flash plugin that needed to update. Forgot to screenshot. So why you say if its your ads? We already take out, were done of adsterra. If you want to trace, take a look at the url or domain of my screenshot.
yes still there redirects spammy ads i think them want these type of ads to increase earnings and them will not fix it
Instead of shouting like a school girl, there are more professional ways of handling SPAM. Do you see that text below each post that says 'Report'? Well, it's not just there for decoration...
Stopped using Adsterra because they don't fix WordPress redirect to dashboard with popunders. They also have low rates too. Started well with rates when first starting but now if I leave the banners on the site, the rates are so low that I would never hit their minimum payout of $100. It take years. They say get more traffic but I have seen websites up for 10 years and only get 50,000 a month still. Without money, can't advertise. I would go back to them if they actually fix their popunders. Another bad thing about them is there is way too many download banners. They don't even use adchoice ads.
Hello Michael! We have been trying to reach you on various forums where you left your complains but haven't gotten any reply from you yet. Our support team is currently working on fixes and updates for publishers with WordPress websites. Most of the issues have been solved. Is regards to your rates: What ad unit you've tried? What countries are your visitors from? How many unique visitors per day do you have? In addition, I would like to mention that we don’t work with AdChoice ads.
