    I find small networks pop up and then go under constantly. I use JuicyAds.com, they are 10 years in the adult network business....well established with great reputation. Live support, account managers etc.

    CPM rate is very low
    here is the my setup
    max 2 pops in a page
    10 pops in a day for per ip
    between 2 pops delay is 10 min
    i have a like more than 3k uniqe visitors and 20k page views in a day
    ad-maven stats showing just 1500 popunder with that stats
