    So, I came across this effective focus for improving productivity. You have to want to succeed, and you have to be proactive at cultivating better character habits.

    Anyhoo, in my case, I work alone and have to do my own human management.

    Flow is about having high skill and a high challenge.

    I recommend any manager to first learn about flow, then cultivate it at work.

    Respect has to be earned.

    I am also learning and writing into my action plan more work motivation cultivation.
