    Alot of site owners still do, but they don't get very good results. Mainly because the traffic is not targeted.

    People are used to avoid banners because they know it´s an advertisement and will not click.

    Ok now the second question. Which do you think would be more profitable for member of such sites - view exchange or click exchange?
