Anyone still making money with Adsense??

I'm on a few forums, and some (quite a few) people are saying that google is really slowing down in the past week or so...

have there been any changes i'm not aware of??... is anyone else having this problem??

The amount of traffic is the major contribution on the earning. The more traffic we have, means more Adsense revenue for us. Undeniable, with recent economic crisis, some companies are tightening their budget on advertisement spending, which will affect Google's advertisement revenue. So as our Adsense earning.

 

This time of the year I see really good numbers in the US traffic. Then it sort of abruptly slows for about a week or so, then it continues as usual. I just mark it down to their Thanksgiving Day holiday. And then the big buying sprees from Black Friday until Sunday. Monday is a recovery day. Tuesday and Wednesday things should be looking normal again.

Been like this for a number of years. Hope it continues.

This is about the only time of the year that I start wondering whether or not to get A Real Job. Then traffic resumes and I go back to being Webmaster again.

 

I haven't had any changes, as one poster said, it could be the time of year. I actually have a site that doesn't do well until this time of year. I've also noticed that at least in America, my earnings slow down during the day on Monday when Monday Night Football is on. The only difference I've seen is I'm getting higher click amounts lol

 

Thanksgiving... never thought of that!!...

I've never made much really. A CTR of under 2% and 40c-50c a click was never going to make me a rich man

 

I am not aware of the recent problems.. but my friends got cheques ranging $2000 to $ $5000 last month

 

Slowed down the past few days probably because of Thanksgiving, but should be back up to my regular ~$30 a day.

 

Mine went up the last week.

 

I wish I was makin that much!!

 

Off how many websites? thats a ridiculous amount of clicks!

 

I've been in the $4,000-$6,000/month range all year. My Adsense hasn't gone down because I have more traffic than ever. If I didn't, I would probably be hurting.

 

I am amazed by how much you guys make off Adsense! $2000 to $5000, then $4000 to $6000?! And yes, off how many websites? and about how much traffic you get every month?

Make about the same recently, that's not much

 

Traffic is the most important thing. Also, you can try the other ads provider.

Maybe they lost their rankings and hence, the traffic. Personally, I've not seen any kind of change.

I earn cents only on adsense. I still don't know the secret of adsense.

 

Still making revenue from adsense but we also have adbrite and other forms of revenue the worst one is Bidvertiser that in my mind is a waste of space.But the beauty of using adsense is that once installed that is it and all that is left to do is get that all important traffic.Some sites are up and some are down.
