Anyone still making money via adsense this 2020?

Why?

 

Most SEA expert want their ads to be shown on Google search results not partners website. Google is taking all the money !

 

Not as much as used to make 10 years ago. The payments seems to be reduced and I think that adblockers are also to blame.

 

recently is it a trend adsense earning is low? partly due to jan a new year?

 

For decent money, you need to be in the thousand+ views a day mark.

 

In my view, people now prefer affiliate marketing over adsense.

 

Earnings went down for me as well, the COVID-19 pandemic has affected online businesses, but most of the foreign traffic earnings in my sites has dropped.

 

24$ 16$ for click is affiliate marketing my friend.

 

The people whose main focus is only income are shifted to YouTube because AdSense money is much less then YouTube money with less efforts.

 

I stilll obtain 20% of my blog income from ads, so yes, I definitely still recommend putting ads on your blog

Smart move. Ad blockers are so prevalent now AdSense earnings may not be as reliable as they used to be.

It should be considered as a side-earning facility. That is all.

 

You need to target an nich that has high click profit in AdSense like trading and targeting regions like the United States of America

 

Google is not approved more accounts. why?

I feel those managed to do own video, on Youtube more easily to earn than site now a days. Sadly my cannot get approve the youtube side.

I've noticed my AdSense earnings go way down too over the years--well before Covid came on the scene (and it shouldn't have been an issue anyhow.)

I think it's a combination of ad blocking, people becoming ad blind and, the biggest factor, people doing so much browsing on their phones. So I think the percentage of people even seeing ads today has gone way down.

I'm considering removing ads from my pages entirely. If I'm not getting anything for it, I might as well give visitors a cleaner experience on the pages: just the content, no ads.

We'll see what happens.
