I used one of those online translators but dont know If they are any good.

Funny! She does speak English but since she is Polish I thought I would make an effert to speak to her in her native language.

Seriously, the UK has been invaded by Polish so I don't think it will be hard to find someone to translate for you.

but you also didn't write it correctly in Polish... it should be:

mogłabyś mi dać swój numer? może chciałabyś wyskoczyć ze mną na obiad lub drinka
