eBay is best if you are a importer or manufacturer.

 

26 male, I do LIGHT selling on ebay. Just crap that people give me, or stuff I find and don't need anymore.

 

I'm gonna create a site about making more selling on ebay. So i'd like to know who i'm targeting..

 

Also, looking more for people who sell as a business, to make money...

ive owned an ebay business for 5 years...
over 10,000 successful transactions... i just turned 20

Mid 30's, Male. Have an eBay Store but run it more as a hobby than a business. Sell clothing and accessories for about 800-900 month profit (never hit powerseller yet). Been a member for 9+ years

 

It seems to be males who do more.

Although I do know some female sellers, most are people who sell clothes or jewlery that they make.

 

I sell alot of antiques and also have sold a domain name or two.

well my aunt whos like 30-something makes 10k or more per month selling cookie cutters on ebay. hahahaha

 

eBay is great if you have a niche. I'm still trying to find mine..lol I do sell on eBay but not full time yet. I'm mid 20's and Male

 

my aunty used to sell kids clothing..made around $500 bucks month. she is in her 30's.
no longer does-no time.
plus ebay fees got too high.. she has a store too. I think she still sells occassionally now.
She's been selling since 2001.Her husband also sells coins. (he's good at it)

I agree,

BUT one thing to consider is that DP has more male members than female, so that could be skewing the stats since i'm asking a predominatly male audience..

(but i kinda knew that when i asked the question)
