Anyone Seen Conan The Barbarian?

    Saw it last night here in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

    Cut, cut, cut!

    Although i was suprised that they showed some heavy kissing! LOL

    What did you think? Better or worse than the original? I thought Stephen Lang made a good bad guy again.

    Original is so much better - I find that with most movies though.

    I agree. But they cast the new conan fairl well. I did think he was better in game of thrones as Drogo though.

    I guess that it became a good tradition to make remakes to old movies and totally spoil them.
    So I don't see any other actor than Schwarzenegger in Conan and didn't get a great pleasure watching it.

    It was incredible eye-catching tv series, at the end of 90s. Movie is not so interesting.

    I wouldn't go as far as to say they spoiled it. The guy who plays Conan is a better actor and almost as buff.

    You can never really say the original Conan films were actually very good. Don't get me wrong they were very enjoyable but the acting quality was never good in the first place!

    I loved the Conan films as a kid (and still do) but i think although this is the same story its differences are enough that you can treat it as almost a stand alone film.
