    not bad. I mean it is just a blogger blog, but not bad, its clean and seems well laid out.

    If possible, try to add "About", "Contact" and other relevant categories in your navigation (e.g. Diet, Abs, Shoulder, Arms, Legs)

    I have to agree it does look like a sales letter, very clean, not much of anything else going on.
    It does look nice though.
