I am just curious if anyone knows of any good 1 page lead gens. ( not the email submits or zip submits) Maybe dating sites you use that pay on 1st page submit , maybe some debt forms, whatever, please gimme your info and conversion rates. Which ones have you had success with?

there are many networks that have short 1 page lead gens and not just email or zip. check my sig for top 5 all have great email zip but also have great short for lead offers, many are surveys, debt, mortgage.
Short form lead gen? Oh, we only have about a hundred or so such campaigns. Seriously though, almost all networks have a bunch. Pick one network, develop a rapport with your affiliate manager, and you'll find campaigns easy. You can always just find the campaigns yourself at the networks, but it's always nice to get to know your A.M.. Plus if they know what you're looking for, they can be proactive and let you know when a new campaign matching your flavor comes online.
