anyone recommend a support request tool?

    We have a designer at work, who would like to manage her projects/requests through some sort of online tool. She wants me to build her one, but I'd much rather save the time and use something open source.

    Anyone have any experience with a request tool of some sort that they can recommend?

    I am using 37signals, it is good solution for project management.

    Do you mean their basecamp tool? The problem with that is that it's not free, and it doesn't seem to have a request system, where people can input requests
