    Hey guys,
    Can any of you recommend:

1- A cpa network that has a low minimum? Pereformics, ValueClick etc seem to have minimums of $5-8k/mo!

2- a banner network/agency that has run successful banner ad campaigns for your business?

3- a agency that has run successful pop-under campaigns for your business?

    Thanks for your support!

    Hi there,

The company I work for (Ave A, division of aQuantive Inc.) has a tool that you may be interested in.

Our Atlas console helps small, medium and agency sized businesses deliver banners to CPA and CPM networks. I just called our support line to see if they could shoot me over a pricing sheet but they haven't yet, I will make sure to make it available to DP'ers as soon as I get it.

So, why should you consider Atlas? Well for one it's a pretty freakin robust tool. It allows you to traffic specific redirects to publishers whether they are iframe, javascript or standard directly from the Atlas console, which saves your team time. However if you like the information can be sent directly to your team which you can then forward to publishers.

Also Atlas put you in control of the whole RFP process with bigger publishers. So you can issue RFPs, Revise, and Accept.

Additionally Atlas tracks details that smaller firms just do not have the resources for.

For example, if you run your banners on multple networks you can set your frequency (amount of views a particular internet user sees) and you can tell how they convert, ie: did they see the Ad and convert later or did they just click an Ad to convert.

These additional details are great for SEM firms to add to weekly and monthly reports. The Atlas Digital Marketing Suite has a robust reporting system.

Feel free to ask me any questions you may have. To find out more visit www.atlassolutions.com or view our PDF of what Atlas can do for you.

EDIT: Our tool will even let you manage and deploy creative like this:

to Top 250 sites on the net.

i am assuming you are seeking to become merchant in some network (5-7k) ..
you can try shareasale. it cost appx. $350 set up fee with $50 advance funds (not remember exactly email them to confirm it ) .there are merchants who are paying like 10 cents a lead and even getting huge traffic . because its very old affiliate network with huge number of affiliates . its fraud screening is great too. you can find more info about it on my blog .
