I'm signed up with Kontera, I think they owe me like $2.00 or something, they are pretty legit though

ya.....this month i recieved my first adbrite - 150$ and kontera - 488$ (for 6 months) cheque.....but i think adsense rocks.....their process' easy and more paying....

 

min payout is 100$ in kontera. how come your friend got paid 20$ ?

 

This is a adsense forum, so may be the mods should be moving this thread to some other forum.

Anyway stay away from kontera scam because they have cheated me for 1500$ over the last 2 years and have been cheating many publishers over the web, google for more results.

 

There policies were always dodgy.
Less than 5$ earned in a month will not get added to your account. Buggers.

 

Kontera's been having some very bad reviews of late.. perhaps they're changing the way they do business? That's the word on the forum guild, anyway. Better beware.

 

I get paid $300 so for from Kontera and I never face any problem with them, as its mainly keyword targeted link ads, the CTR is very low and I didn't any much difference on CPC comparing with adsense, in my opinion, its a good additional income along with adsense.

 

It seems like kontera having a bad reviews lately. I am using it but haven't got my first payment. Hope they are ok.

 

I don't recieve their March payment until now.

 

I have Kontera running on only one site, along with other stuff. So its only every couple of months I get paid by them (coz of the $100 min payout). But they pay me like clockwork every two months - I receive payments via Paypal and it works without a hitch.

I agree that as a standalone option Kontera is probably not as good as Adsense. But I see it as merely some addon income and that too, only on one site.

One thing I don't like - their terms state that if you remove the Kontera code from your site, it is considered a violation of their terms and you may be liable for charges, etc. I think that's grossly unfair. That's why I have it running only on one site...
