Anyone read this adsense book?

    Hi,

I came across this site: http://www.adsense-secrets.com/
If anyone here has read it, what did you think of it? Is there a lot of good advice that isn't really mentioned on forums like this one?

    Thanks, Matt

It's all well and good people selling books like this, but if you don't have a lot of people hitting your site a day you will never make good money (the theory), I would follow the advice on here which is free and top quality rather than pay for advice that 'could' be the same.

my 2p on it anyway :)

    JP

edit: I've followed the 'free' advice on this forum and had an increase in clicks and money, nothing massive but then again I don't get the visitors.

Save your money. I've read the book and it's overpriced and very shallow on detail, imho. You would do better money-wise, by reading this thread:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=17104

It's free and has all the same advice as well as other tips you won't find in the ebook.

The good thing about this forum too is because it has real people spreading real advice. The people on here aren't filling pages as many of a book as they can with their viewpoints, it's honest opinion behind spread, and it's better than anything that you could get in any book.

Don't bother with it you're much better off reading threads here rather than wasting money on an ebook. whatever works for his site might not work for yours.

I agree, alot of these books are not really that helpful, you can learn alot more browsing these forums in all honesty.

There is no easy way and that book is not the answer! Just read this forum, do your research, build links and understand how to optimize your sites.

But the story and everywords on that page was tempting,,,, and that site has pretty high alexa ranking(even if it may be faked)...

I guess many people bought this book....and I guess I will putting this product on one of my affiliate sites....

I have this ebook, its ok but like said above, it doesn't go into much detail.

    Not worth the money.

Well, eBooks are helpful. But most often, they are a person's personal experience and his/her views which may not necessarily work out for many of us. Moreover, the book is heavy on pocket. IMHO, we learn better (best) by experience. Theory has always been there. But you'd never learn how to drive if kept reading 'Learn how to Drive'. lol.
There's lot of free valuable information on the net, just like this one!

    Good Luck Matt!
