Anyone quitting blogging?

Anyone here stop blogging? Please share it why. I'm thinking of quitting because for years still doesn't see any major earning improvement.

 

You claim to have made $2,743 during the month of June from AdSense, and you are complaining?

 

yeah,..this guy so funny ...$2,743 is a big number, even for bill gates..

 

I guess Bill makes about $2000/hour.

 

To be honest, I did think of quitting blogging once. However, I had invested so much time and effort on it that I just couldn't do it.

If you're blogging for money, you're wrong. Blog because you like to blog, money will come after.

Well, maybe he a) is lying, and never got such cheque, or b) he's got big bills to pay and such amount is insufficient xD

 

Nah I have slowed down on blogging. But to quit it no. Although I earn money I dont really do blogging for money but just for the experience.

And I agree the Google check and he complains....Pfft.....

 

I stopped selling anything on my blog. Its more fun now. You blog whore! Sorry I just wanted to say blog whore.

 

Atm i'm earning around $200/mo from ads alone the blog. Not a lot but good enough to make a bit profit. My software sales however are doing pretty solid.

 

i stopped because i had no time and i wasted lots of money and maybe around 200-300 hours

 

I do use Wordpress as a CMS so I wil not stop "blogging"!

 

I will not quit blogging because it's fun and it's a great revenue stream.

 

I am just loving it!

However personal or make money niche sucks!

 

blogging is fun.. making money with it iz even more fun

 

Now i am making more money from my blog and i can't quite . Keep counting $$$$ .

 

I will stop if I broke up with my girl...

Never stopped blogging, the best thing ever to happen after Marilyn Monroe is blogging damn it!

 

I've seen a lot of legit blog networks collapse. I wonder how many people are really making any money?

 

Just to get this right Bill Gates makes around $1,080,000 an hour. Just a rough calculation from Google searching and $2,000 isn't a big number to Bill since he makes $300 a second.

But yeah I have seen a decrease in blog revenue from last year. I may just give up on blogging and work with domains and site flipping also design Web development and design are the money makers in todays world.

 

Alright Ramphix, you're maybe right, he surely makes a lot more than $2000/hour.
