    Getting 20$ for your dedicated server isn't possible unless your dedicated server provider is leasing it to you. Either pay the full price directly from cPanel or ~50$ per month for an external license.

    You can get it easily if you are on a VPS. I think Burst also sells it on their own dedicated servers. Own license will be much more expensive I guess
