Hey. I'm interested in taking the advanced or intermediate seminar, depending on which one is in my area. At $249, it's expensive enough for me to ask you all what you thought about the seminar if you took one. Let me know what you thought of it and the different levels. Also, I know Google does not host them but why do they state the following: "Agencies, SEOs, SEMs, and resellers are not eligible for these events."
I went to an advanced seminar and liked it. I knew about 80% of the stuff they talked about. But that is stuff you can find here, too. You go because you want the remaining 20%. It's also great for networking. I was sitting next to a 70 year old lady. She was an Adwords Professional (certified) and shared a few really interesting pieces with me on how to improve my campaigns. You get $50 voucher so your cost goes down to $199.00. You get two large booklets with the presentation slides. You also get a small USB stick from Google and some other minor Google swag Christoph
I went this last December and pretty much had a similar experience as nsusa -- knew most of the stuff, but it was interesting to see the local crowd and get the freebies.
