Anyone Own Reverse Search Engines

    I was thinking of starting a reverse search engine site that will host thousands of topics over time. I have found a few big ones and they seem to have generated a huge amount of adsense space with tons of keyword content. How can I check the activity of such sites? Anyone out there run reverse search engines ? Any thoughts?
