I noticed you can order download version of windows 7 over microsoft store,but seems it's made for usa people only since you cant select country.Yet again there is nowhere which says how you cant order if you are not from usa,plus downloading should work regardless are you from usa or not.But still asking before ordering to avoid unnecessary waste of money.
You can actually order Windows 7 (Download) via Microsoft Store and just scroll down until you get to the bottom of the page and there's a simple box them says United States on the lower right, just click on that and select your country. Now if your country is not listed on the selection then it is currently not support and you need to purchase Windows 7 on your local computer shop like BestBuy and K-Mart.
