I'm 18 year old and I recently got back pain 2 months ago. I'm trying to buy a nice chair which will move back and front.
Nope, I do not suffer from back pain but I do have bad knees and slept on my neck badly last night and woke up with a really sore neck and a horrible headache. I guess that is sort of like a bad back, but it is no where near a chronic isue that keeps me from work as it is with you.
maybe you have the same problem as I, your office chair!! when I go on vacation i don´t have many pain, but when I return to that office, that chair, my sufer restarts :S
im the same.. the chair seems to be a big factor in it.. but standing up typing all day doesn't help either.
Yea I have a few problems with my Upper back and right shoulder blade but with a few trips to the Chiropractor a month and it feels fine. -Chris
Back pain is most common among people who have white collar jobs. Continuous long hours of sitting without any physical exercise is the root cause of the same. Do stretching out regularly to prevent it from occurring too often. Regards, RightMan

I've found that strenghtening the muscles works. As weird as it sounds, I started lifting weights and doing some yoga (and chiropracter) and it worked wonders!
