Yes, In my young age, I am 21. I have already a back pain, I don't know why I have one, but when I am at the office or at the house it always annoys me, when it is aching.
I've got an inversion table and it rocks. I go upside down for 15 mins every morning and it makes me feel groovy. I don't wear a leotard though
Have had back pain for about 20 years. tried all kinds of treatment, chiropractor, acupuncture, physical therapy. Nothing seems to help, when it wants to go out of whack it does.
I get back-pain on and off, and have done for years. I get it much less now since I've been doing a bridging exercise occasionally though. Kind of like this: hxxp://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=fM6wEC1_YoQ
My back is way too fucked up to pop anymore, it just creaks like an old bridge. It does relieve the pressure though, and feels like it's allowing my spine to breathe. My inversion table was only $150 AUD (delivered), and has been much better value than seeing a physio or chiro at $50 a 'pop'. If you've got a chronically bad back (like most computing humans over 30), then seriously consider getting one. Go to a home gym store and try one out, then buy a cheap knock off on eBay What a stupid and childish question. Of course I do it naked
I think the improper way of sitting in front of my computer has started some back pain lately though it only pains when am hours on the PC, anyways, now am working on my posture, hope those articles helps
I have a pinched nerve in my back, I was told to sleep on something hard like a board between the mattress. So I tried sleeping on the floor, guess what that did the trick. So for the last twenty years I have been sleeping on the floor and the pain never came back. I still have that pinched nerve cause i do feel it at times.
hey i was also suffering form back pain but when i started walking in the morning it ran away . you can also try it i hope it will help you too.
i thought back pain was for oldies only, good to see others with. hehe i read back, i not mean like that but i feel i too young for backpain, and not many people me age have
yup, I have back pain most of the times...I tried a lot of remedies and exercises. So far no improvement
if i sleep on my back the wrong way, then i will wake up in back pain and have to pop it by twisting my body until i can pop most of it. other than that its straight for the bayer with some tea to wash them down.
For lower back pain anyway, I find that walking an hour a day relieves it. For upper I can somehow stretch the painful bit by lying my belly on the bed and stretching my arms, then punching the pain. It goes in 10 mins.... Why this works? I sometime get these cramps in my hands that are agonising, I see the hand change shape in front of me! (remember manimal?), so I really stretch it and the pain goes in a few minutes. So I use that on my upper back and it works!
Count me in for this group - i'm having major backpains ever since I first touched a computer. Fell inlove for the very first time when I was six and played commander keen for hours
