Anyone on DP got a Metal Detector?

    What's the most interesting thing you've found with it?
    Or what was worth the most?

    I've found 2 hand hammered silver sixpences from 1592 worth about £60 each and some 12th Century trade tokens.

    Used to have a cheap crappy one, never used it though might of sold it on ebay cant remember :D.

    I got rid of mine after finding misc bits of metal and it was taking up too much time. Its something you need to have a buddy or a club. I did it in the park once and got abused by teenagers. :(
