Anyone offering $90k+ for successful site(s)?

Hello, this is the first time I considered selling my sites that I have worked on for over 10 years. I have a new career now and just do not have the time to manage them anymore. If you are willing to offer $90,000 or more for my sites, I can provide more details via pm. The sites generate $30 - $60k per year and perhaps even more with the proper advertising.

I agree with BromptonWeb, if you have created a website(s) which generate this type of annual income, it may be worth your while to investigate various options in automating the majority of your management on them and rather keep the websites. 30-60K per year will be a great sideline income.

However, if you are interested in selling your website(s) I would personally recommend that you visit flippa.com and attempt to sell them there. DP is a very busy forum and you could probably find a buyer here, but in my experience the majority of webmasters here do not have access to that kind of money. Flippa.com, however, is something totally different and sales there could easily reach hundreds of thousands of dollars. It may be worth your while checking them out.

My suggestion would be to sell them individually or as a group of sites with up to say 500 a month earnings and stick em up on flippa.
In my opinion by selling them all together for such a high price you are limiting your ability to sell due to a large number of people not having those funds available.

Good luck with your sale and I hope you get what you want for your sites however you sell them.

I would break them down into smaller more affordable chunks. Or why not pay someone a few dollars to manage them for you?

Thank you for your interest everyone. I have been with the websites for so long that I cannot remember doing anything else. I feel that I have put my heart into them and that it is time for me to move on. Plus I was never that good at marketing which is what is necessary. I liked creating creative sites and features but as far as trying to market them, that is not my strong point. Even with limited marketing these sites have generated that amount of money on their own. Someone with more experience in that field could really make these sites grow. I am also interested to see what someone else can do with them, as my members always comment on how the sites are the best and wonder why they are not even larger than they are now.

30k - 60k is a pretty big discrepancy. If they were reliant upon google for traffic I would sell them.

$30k is when I do not do a thing and it makes money on its own. $60k is when I do the same level of advertising that most webmasters on this site do. Someone asked and I forgot to mention that these sites are mostly automated so when someone finds a service or product they like, they make their purchase and the script sends them the product or upgrades their account once payment is made.
