 I am working with a site template that came with a pdf that you could alter to suit. I have extremely carefully changed the individual layers so that the images for the site are now relevant to my company.

I am coming off the rails when I try and save for web, images only, which I understand should overwrite all the images in the html folder with my now modified ones.

All that happens is I end up with a new images folder within the images folder filled with sequentially numbered images that don't tie in with the existing html.

If I try another approach and save for web as html and images then, yes, I do get something I can open in Frontpage but.....the mouse overs no longer work when I preview?

    This is driving me scatty.

    Anybody help?

PS saves slices in a "images" folder by default. If it cant find it, it will create one.
I suggest you move back one folder. and then save the files. The files will be saved in your exisiting images folder.
