I tried using this program and the same thing happened it crashed alot. Maybe TwitterBot is a better investment for you, I've heard a lot about it.
The good old days where these programs worked well is over. Twitter is too good at detecting automation, online services is where its at. I have used manageflitter (not automated, you still need to click follow / unfollow, but it makes it easy) and also twiz, which is fully automated but a bit more expensive!
