Anyone making $$$ out of youtube videos here?

I'm talking about youtube monetization program.

I'm planning this invest on making videos just want to get some insights.

 

Create videos on hot topics that haven't been covered yet. That's the "secret" to making money on YouTube.

 

We are making money out of them but for a different reason, not posting videos of us eating spaghetti. We use Youtube as a content management tool to attract right people to some sites and locations, or event YouTube ads have really hi ROI for us for some luxury products (clients not my products).

 

Well, there are ways to make money on YouTube. One way is to get sponsors, though that would usually mean first getting enough people to watch your channel. Your channel will need to have content that people will often go to and watch. Begging for sponsors won't work, as sponsors would want to go to channels which have a wide audience. If your channel isn't that big yet, then getting them to be sponsored will be difficult. Try also Google AdSense. Putting your channel on there will give you some revenues.

 

You can almost immediately monetize your video with Google Adsense by just applying with them, if you haven't got an Adsense account already.

Otherwise, you can also monetize through affiliate links in your descriptions.

 

Yes, you can absolutely make money through YouTube! Create a channel and fill it with interesting and value video content. Then if you have gained a good number of subscribers and views, monetize your channel through Google Adsense.

but youtube monetization and adsense are two different thing right?

 

They're basically the same thing. You can connect your Adsense to Youtube in order to monetize your YouTube videos with ads:

You need tens of thousands of views each month just to make a few hundred bucks so don't expect huge results in a short amount of time. It takes time and effort to build up a YouTube channel and most people fail at it.

Can you give an estimate on how much a 1 minute video with 1000 views can earn?

 

I want to start youtube channel. But I am confuse about which subject, I will go get fast growth on youtube earning?

 

I used to monetize from YT a year ago but since then getting my videos ranked in searches became harder and harder and had to solely rely on subscribers. Now instead I post my videos to my own blog and to my FB/instagram with a link to my blogpost, which gets me the traffic going on.
My use case is different though as for me, the content and followers were more important than moneytization itself so I am able to get and retain my fanbase via the above method

 

You can narrow it down to two or three topics and do a channel for each one and see how that works. A lot of YouTubers has more than one channel.

How I decide a field/subject of youtube channel?

 

Think about your skill set or the topics that you like.

Are you good at giving relationship advice?
Can you teach others how to write a book?
Is fashion more your thing? Do you know what shoes goes best with a little black dress?
Are you better at motivating and coaching others?

Once you figure this part out, it is easy to do your research from here.
