Anyone Making A Living Promoting Just ONE Product?

I was curious to see if there is anyone making a living just promoting one product? I know most newbies get started promoting just one product and even some veterans on a part time basis, but I'm talking about doing it full time with just one product.

Rob Benwell claimed that his own product Blogging To The Bank v2 made profit $100,000 in several months.

I think it's possible, especially if you are pushing high gravity product, such as Water4gas or Fat Loss 4 Idiots.

And in my opinion, it's much easier to make a living with one product if you are a publisher

Its good to start off with one product, then diversify when your first product/niche is comfortably giving ROI.

why not promote several products in the same niche. Then you can most likely repurpose the same content or cross promote it with other related products.

Really finny when someone brings back a 6 months old thread.

Anyways, I used to make a LOT of money with Water4Gas kind of products, but I was smart enough to diversify and start promoting different products...

Yes, you can make a living promoting one single product but if EVER this product stops selling for one reason or another - you are screwed. What if publisher decided to take it off the market?... My suggestion is; promote several products.

    Yes you can.

But I wouldn't suggest resting your livelihood on one publisher.

Unless you are that publisher :)

I guess it's definitely possible if you're a publisher, but as an affiliate, I'd guess it'd be alot harder - better to diversify though.

I too agree with this. But if you are strong in promoting a single product, then you can continue it

depends what you're doing too ...

if you're just doing bum/seo, and google decides it doesn't like your site anymore, you can be quite stuffed .... so diversification is good :) (or multiple sites at least) ;o)

Better to promote more than just 1 product. I believe if the only one product can make him a living. Then he already know the effective way of earning money with that method. I see no reason for him to reject making more money with the same method for another product. By the way, who will say enough when comes to earning money?

I always prefer to diversify, having all your eggs in one basket can be dangerous. Even considering I promote a number of products lately I´ve noticed a downturn in sales...I think recession is hitting ClickBank too...:(
