Anyone Looking For a Freebie Site with No revenue?

    I have a freebie site that I am looking to sell simply because I have no time.

    The site has minimal content, and no revenue

    BUT:

    1) The site is a PR3

    2) The domain has been registered since 2003 and indexed in google and others since then.

    3) The site has FREE STUFF in the first two words of the 3 word domain

    4) Google crawls and caches the site a lot.

    Free Stuff is searched for like 5000 times a day


    This would be a perfect start for someone that is looking to get a free stuff site going with an aged domain

    Price I am looking for is $300

    The domain is aged 4 years,

    The website also runs a complete script

    about maybe 10 - 30 visits a day

    No revenue really, minimal if any

    I am judge value on the name, simple script and age

    Its hard to find "FREE STUFF" in a domain especially in an aged domain

    You know what, When I started this thread I left to much info out...

    It runs a article script, that was customized with some nice features, like the tags, and such,

    It has a full backend, and all
