I ordered their minisite package 4 days ago and they have not replied to me. I try to contact them with skype, email, online form, nothing works.
I registered just to post this. Lately something has been up. I ordered my package three weeks ago (December the 14th). He first contacted me the second day I submitted the form for the design. The next Friday (the 21st)I asked him what's been going on with the design and he told me he's been having a couple of hiccups lately. I received the mockup design the day after (the 22nd). I never got a response after that. Of course now I'm pretty worried, I even created a fake email account and contacted him two days ago with it just to make sure he hasn't bailed on me, and I never got a response with it either. Chances are he's having problems of his own and can't contact anyone at this time.
