    Anyone knows if it's using a CMS? Can you tell me what is it?
    or perhaps it's a custom made site?

    It seems that the site is not using any CMS. It is custom coded.

    Looks like a custom made one with wrong HTML btw, e.g. several closing body and html tags.

    This site does not seem to be using any CMS
    Generally if a CMS is used, in the page source u can find a meta generator tag (which by programmers can also be removed given the license permits to do so)

    for eg. if you go to cookfoodrecipes.com you will be able to see a tag like
    <meta name="generator" content="Joomla! 1.5 - Open Source Content Management" />
    in the source code since it has been created using the joomla content management system
