Anyone knows "jon smith"?

I almost wanted to buy a service from him and then the next day, I discovered he has been banned. He is a brand new member, registered in Jan. 2008. Does that mean I should not contact him at his webpage for his service?

 

well "xxxx Smith" has been spammng peple a lot and thus they are banned
first "got smith" next "fog smith", now "john smith".

1. based on the fact that they really have to spam to get buyers,
i dont think so..just a starter or most likely will not even deliver the service.

2. the domain is very long and sole purpose for this site only (as in not dedicated to this site only but to do "something")
