oh, maybe by putting some robot text saying to not follow the page. BTW, is your site static or dynamic?

Add the pages to a robots.txt file. You can also log in to Google Webmaster Tools and restrict crawler access by adding the page URLs you wish to keep out of the index.

you have to put Robot.txt on your site
    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /
    Add files in disallow section

    There you have your answer.

    1. Use robots.txt file
    2. Use the remove web page request on webmaster tools

Ok, regardless the pages already indexed in Google will still be there for awhile since its already been INDEXED. No matter what you cannot change what Google has already done the simplest way for you to get the results you want is ping your website so that way Google will start to index the new pages. After it has done this the newer pages should take over the older pages in the search engine (there is a chance that the older pages still might show up in search results).

You can ask the webmaster to remove it (Most of the cases they wont). If it violates copyright and you have the money to spend hire a lawyer and sue them. The best method is to dominate the front page and if possible the next 1 or 2 pages of your core term or your business name with properties or sites you control

    I fixed it by:

    1. Use robots.txt file in the root of your domain

    AND

    2. Use the remove web pages request tool on Google webmaster tools

just use robot.txt to avoid crawler to access your websites page
and then add pages at disallow section...

use google webmaster tools also good...but i think it is more easy if you edit your robot.txt file...
