anyone knows how to create a progress bar?

Hi there, I just bought a youtube clone from clip-share.com however when you are uploading a video there's no sign (loading bar like yotube), so its really annoying. I have request to the team dev over there, but I haven't get any respond yet. Just wondering is it really hard to create something like this? (i'm not programmer)
I did search on google and found it, but I have no idea how to do it. If someone interested to create one for me, Im willing pay like $10-$15 if possible (no more money since I spent them on christmas ) or even free would be great

You could create (or download) an animated gif that simulates a progress bar.

 

I just try and got: Internal Server Error.

I remember when I registered in a forum, it come up with a nice progress bar while awating confirmation, but I'm forget what the forum name is.

 

Design a Gif in to simulate your progress bar . It's kind of easy. You can use Adobe photoshop for that .
