Avoid edrugstore.md like the plague.

If you're looking for a reputable, reliable online pharmacy affiliate program, edrugstore.md just ain't it.

Apologies for the late reply, and allow me to explain.

I was among the first 25 affiliates edrugstore.md had when they opened for business in 2002. Over the years, I've sent them over 20,000 customers for more than $4 million in business. Call me stupid, but here's what I've had to put up with from edrugstore.md

1) A consistent pattern of shaving stats, to the tune of at least 10% every pay period
2) Frequent Late paychecks
3) Paychecks drawn on closed bank accounts
4) Price increases two and sometimes three times a month, with no notice to the affiliate network about which prices have changed or how much

I'm a pretty patient guy, but a couple months ago things finally reached the tipping point. I brought it to their attention that their webmaster was using a referrer redirect to skim traffic from at least one of my sites. Their response.

"Give me 24 hours"

Fair enough. We've had a profitable relationship, so I thought I'd give 'em a chance to fix the problem.

<crickets chirping>

Yeah, that's right. Twenty-four hours turned into three weeks with no reply.

So last month I dropped 'em completely. I switched to one of their better priced competitors -- a company that actually offers templates for me to use, a back end so I can set my own prices, and an affiliate manager who works with me, not against me.

Guess what happened.

I've DOUBLED my income in less than 30 days.

Believe me, I've been kicking myself for being loyal to those clowns for WAY TOO long.

If you're looking for an online pharmacy you can trust, take my advice. Stay away from edrugstore.md. You'll just get screwed over in the end.

 

Thanks for the warning, I've been considering starting a pharmacuetical website, how exactly do you do build backlinks for it considering that most sources don't allow you to get links and google isn't very welcoming?

 

Well I've been using edrugstore.md for about half a year now.
So far everything is ok, payouts on time.

Although I'm getting about 20% of the sales, so maybe there are better commissions in other programs selling chantix.

Would be useful if someone can mention any good alternatives for chantix.

 

Sure, Wellbutrin. It's marketed as an anti-smoking drug under the brandname Zyban.

the complaints date back a couple years from what i can see.

So far all have been smooth there. Payments on time for me.
But I wouldn't mind some diversification.. just have to rebuild the site for it

Good catch, BTW. Their history of screwing over eDrugstore.md affiliates does go back a couple years. As soon as your dollar volume gets on their radar, Operation Stats Shaving will begin.

I am the affiliate manager for rx-commission. We've been working very hard to upgrade our program, and we're at the point where were reaping the fruits of our labor. I'm actually very proud of our current program.
Our main concern was to have our program based on mutual trust and outstanding customer and affiliate service and support, I feel that it's easy to "hit and run" but long term wise that's the worst way to go.
