    you can use swf to avi to convert the swf file to flv file

    No, it cannot be working. Arsham wants to convert swf to flv, not swf to avi.
    One can use is SWF4Tube Converter - http://www.flash-video-mx.com/swf4tube-converter/
    It is a professional tool to convert SWF to FLV. And many attached functions are available.

    the one way is you can import your SWF in Flash on time line and than export it in FLV or AVI or MPEG
