I have researched signatures on DP and seem to qualify under all the rules ie >10 posts, reputation = 10, only 1 link in my signature etc. In fact my signature was working fine. I've been away a little while and when I came back all my signatures had disappeared. they seem to be appearing on my new posts but no sign of them on my old ones. How do I get them back? Ta.
Displaying your signature is a per-post setting, so if you had no signature when you made the post (which you couldn't have until you had 25 posts), it wouldn't have shown.
Thanks for the response. Has the no signature until you hit 10 posts rule changed to 25 posts? When I joined DP the criteria was 10 posts (which I met) and the signature was working on my posts from post # 11 onwards. So was somewhat surprised to come back later and find they had all disappeared.
Now I am confused, if nothing has changed (ie my signature could be and was activated at 10 posts) why did you say I couldn't have until I had 25? I am not trying to be difficult I just really need help to understand. Thanks.
