I know him well - we built and sold a couple of internet companies. Why do you ask?

    lmao

"He wanted to buy a site of mine. After I signed all the papers, he failed to deliver the money for over 40 days, and of course I cancelled the deal. He said that the money which he was sending was hitting back his account....."

It sounds like Nikolaalx and I shared a similar experience. Had a deal pending with (Josic) and he dropped off of the planet for 4 months without a word. Take from that what you will.

I had the same experience with mr Boyan Josic. Sign contracts, loose my money and time waiting for he, and he don´t sent any dollar.
He say on some websites (privatasequity.com) that have 50 million to invest, but, he can´t sent 5K to honnor a simple pre-contract.

I Knew after a time that he don´t pay the bill of an lawer here in Brazil.
Today, the website of the great investor Boyan Josic(privatasequity.com), is offline, because he don´t pay the godaddy.com bill, 9 dollars.

    He is an Idiot.

Hey guys, I actually met Boyan couple of weeks ago for something which was unrelated to the first deal which we had and he turned to be a very nice person. Even though I was pissed that our first deal didnt go through, the meeting was actually quite interesting.

Dont judge someone because you didnt close your deal with him, you are acting as if he stole from you. Think before you bash someone's reputation.

That is very true, for some reason when people are shopping online and they show interest in a product the seller automatically assumes they have made a sale - think about it in the real world - someone is shopping at a computer store, they pick out a laptop, take it up to the counter and start filling out the paperwork, tright before they give the guy their money they change their mind - It is the buyers right to change his mind, always -

It doesn't sound like this guy has taken anyones money and now you guys are here giving him a bad reputaion.

(I don't even know this guy, I just notice this trend on DP)

Mr. Boyan Josic get in touch with me, and apologise himself about the problem with me, and explain his reasons.

I change my concept about he. He is a nice guy, the apologize and the care about the situation prove that. Everyone can get problems once time or another in life, and, assume the problem, and ask for apologize is a good proof of the good character of the person.

Josic is not what he appears to be. He is a liar and a fraud and is running from legal matters at the moment. He owes me $7500 and thinks he is above the law. He ignores bailiffs, lawyers and even the courts and I was not shocked to find that his "house"(that I now know he did not even OWN) was only leased. If you do your homework on him you will find he has a new business every few years and has moved around. I should have done my homework and now I have paid the price.

Mr. Josic has requested that I remove this post. In return he has promised to pay his debt. To my knowledge there is no way to remove this post. To those I may have offended by my opinion of Mr. Josic, I apologize and ask that you make your own judgement of him based on your own research. Best wishes.
