i want to sell a fashion website with hosting which gets 100 uniques daily but i dont want to pay $19 upfront like on flippa.

i dont mind paying a comission i just want it to be a percentage of what its sold for without the up front fee.

    anyone know any good sites?

Well you can sell it on these forums and other ones like Name Pros where there is no fee at all if it's the same as it was last time I used it.

You could also consider Sedo and there are a number of other places. You could even consider Ebay if you start at .99c with no reserve as they have a FREE promo on now.

You can send email directly to these potential end users for a private sale.

From my experience so far. The best selling place for under $100 domain names is DigitalPoint. I also had few sales on NamePros and Ebay.

sedo is a good place to sell your site but you need to set a price for it - then I believe that after you have a bidder you can place the domain in an auction style format

Forums like Namepros, Digitalpoint, DNForum, or eBay, or Sedo, but be careful, if you don't set a fixed price on Sedo you would pay a minimum fee of $50 + 10% of the sale price.

Nope you can set it to "Make an offer" and the expected price below which you wont sell. Besides you are not under a compulsion to sell the domain if you receive an offer above your expected price.

the price differences for selling them can be drastic. like you will spend money at flippa but get more money, here, once you are allowed to post in that section, you can probably sell it easier but for less
