Anyone Know Where I can find Freelance Game Programmers?

I've been looking online for websites that have freelance programmers for game development, but I haven't been able to find any good one. I've been to guru.com, but their interface sucks, and the Elance doesn't have a large selection. Does anyone else know of any sites?

 

Have you tried craigslist.org... I know its not specifically for game programmers but you may get some responses (doesn't take long to post up a job...) and you might even find a local one

 

ScriptLance is quite good. You can post a project there.

 

I would try getafreelancer dot com I had many people do sites for me there.
