Anyone know where I can buy a prepaid credit card WITH paypal funds?

    I have some money in my Paypal account that I wanna buy prepaid credit cards or gift cards (stores like circuit city, best buy, starbuckts, etc) to buy and give away to friends. Anyone know where I can do this ^__^

    eBay would be my first suggestion since you can usually get them under face-value.
