Anyone Know What This Ad Is?

    I have never seen it before.It sort of appears on the page and after a while dissapears.
    Its a floating ad.

    I got a screen shot

    I cant find it at VCM and I'm only using them and Neverblue
    Any ideas?

    I don't have a publishers account.Only VCM and neverblue cpa's are used (apart from adsense of course)
