dude, just search around to find out if something like this is possible. USA has a very strict policy now on money laundering. before 9/11 they used to give accounts for forign residents, but now its a strict no. You either need an SSN there, or you need to register a company there and get an EIN.

Registering a company there costs you about $500 to 800, and you need to pay annual taxes for all the money you make in the name of that company in the US. You really can't buy an account for $22, and even if you get an account this way, you have no guarentee that you will be able to withdraw that money

Actually SSN is not necessary to open a US Bank Account. You just need to fulfill their KYC requirements. If you personally visit a bank branch in the US, you can open an account with your passport. Certain banks like HSBC and Citi allow you to open a bank account without even visiting the US. In HSBC for example, all you have to do is fill up the application in person in a HSBC branch in your country and provide a copy of your passport as proof. This service is however provided only to their premier banking customers.

So, the bottom line is - yes it is possible to open a bank account without having an SSN. However, I'm not sure if the service you've mentioned is genuine.

There are no $22 US bank accounts. You may get someones bank details to verify Paypal for that amount but that's all.

It would be better for you to get something real.

Looks like they are selling bank accounts itself, but seems like they are selling you hacked/stolen bank accounts..
Be warned bro.. Don't get into trouble..
