I'm in trouble. I subscribe to their gold membership last week to try out their system yet my account isn't upgraded. I try to contact their support team but hear nothing from them . They say they have 24/7 support mind you. Anyone can please help? Asking for refund is troublesome as well. I need to go to the bank to open a dispute.
