    A Paris Hilton site should be easy to write articles for. I wrote some articles about famous people in the current news and those articles had thousands of views. 7,000 for one and over 4,000 for another. If you wrote a bunch of Paris Hilton articles (heck, the tabloids do it all the time), you could very likely draw quite a bit of traffic to your site. Good luck. :)

    Start a link building campaign. It should be fairly easy for a site in this niche.
    Social bookmarking sites will help increase your traffic instantly too.

    There are so many celebrity sites out there right now - I would research some of the top ones and make sure you visit them on a regular basis. Don't spam them - leave good comments. This always helps. You'll start to increase traffic as well as build your backlinks.
