I need my site to be in many free directories! You think I should pay yahoo to put my new site www.roboranking.com in the yahoo directory?

The price seems a bit high!...and the other thing is they dont guarantee you will even be listed!

Yahoo directory is sometimes worth the money. It all depends on your expectations. I'd spend money on a site, if it has a future. BTW try also our new directory at;
http://www.onestop-directory.com/ (free submission, non-reciprocal).
good luck with your site. I like the flash, but it's kind of slow though.

It's not worth it to pay for yahoo unless you've got a high advertising budget to work with.

I'd suggest submitting to www.dmoz.org. Normally DMOZ is the only directory most people submit to.

try my directory, we're just starting, I'm adding new categories daily. It's all human edited, and monitored. Not a dmoz rip off.

also inktomi slurp takes a couple months from I've seen to index a new site.

Thanks nickberry, I've already submitted my directory, and it's approved on your site. What I was wondering was how to get my directory listed on randfish' list of directories page, so people can find my new Online Shopping Directory and submit their site for free.
