I'm not sure my proxy will be fast enough for you or not but you could try it server 1 http://www.deedirect.info http://www.youmoz.info server2 http://www.exsurf.info http://www.toguys.info try both servers since they are hosting in diferent places so their speed should be differ. please give me feedback after you have tried it. if it's slow, so i can go to complain the hosting for their slowness.

Go to www.proxy.org and hit the random proxy and enter your site,If you are lucky on that day you might find a kick ass proxy
