Install Joomla , purchase and install Mosets Hot Property from Mosets and you almost with minor customization

 

Hi there ,yes you can use Joomla but if you want the sort way(Hot Property is for Properties) my advise is to use on of those components:

I am aware of that.....I am looking for scripts in PHP that do that.....not the same script that is used there
