Anyone know of a good free ad management script?

    I want to start my own ad network for a certian niche.

    Does anyone know a free (or reasonably cheap) php based script that would support CPC, CPM and monthly or weekly flat fees?

    Don't go for any other ad script. Go for openx.

    It has number of features and main thing is its free.
