Anyone know of a free thesaurus database?

    Hello :)

I am looking for a thesaurus for a script I am creating in php. This script will get the titles of the articles in my site, and change them so that they are linked to with different titles on each page of the website.

I already saw the Roget's Thesaurus of English Words and Phrases: Index with Parts of Speech, but I can't figure out how I can possibly use it. Basically I want to get a text file with the synonyms, put them into my database, and the site will check each word of the title and search through the database to see if there are any words it may replace.

Has anybody got any experience with any Thesaurus? I have also seen WebWord but that will cost me $999, waaay over my budget :)

    Thanks!!
    Marc
